(3)降低機械不完全燃燒熱損失：應(yīng)控制合理的過量空氣系數(shù)；保持合格的煤粉細(xì)度；爐膛容積和高度合理，燃燒器結(jié)構(gòu)性能良好，并布置適當(dāng)；一、二次風(fēng)速調(diào)整合理，適當(dāng)提高二次風(fēng)速，以強化燃燒；爐內(nèi)空氣動力場工況良好，火焰能充滿爐膛。

(4)降低散熱損失：要維護(hù)好鍋爐爐墻金屬結(jié)構(gòu)及鍋爐范圍內(nèi)的煙、風(fēng)管道，汽水管道，聯(lián)箱等部位保溫。降低排污熱損失：保證給水品質(zhì)，降低排污率。
