1. When the boiler leaves the factory, it shall be attached with "design documents required by safety technical specifications, product quality certificate, safety and use and maintenance instructions, supervision and inspection certificate (safety performance supervision and inspection certificate)".

2、鍋爐的安裝、維修、改造。從事鍋爐的安裝、維修、改造的單位應(yīng)當取得省級質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局頒發(fā)的特種設(shè)備安裝維修資格證書，方可從事鍋爐的安裝、維修、改造。施工單位在施工前將擬進行安裝、維修、改造情況書面告知直轄市或者轄區(qū)的特種設(shè)備監(jiān)督管理部門，并將開工告知送當?shù)乜h級質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局備案，告知后即可施工。

2. Boiler installation, maintenance, transformation. Units engaged in the installation, maintenance and transformation of boilers shall obtain the qualification certificate for the installation and maintenance of special equipment issued by the Provincial Bureau of quality and technical supervision before they can engage in the installation, maintenance and transformation of boilers. Before construction, the construction unit shall inform the special equipment safety supervision and Management Department of the municipality directly under the central government or its jurisdiction of the proposed installation, maintenance and transformation in writing, and send the commencement notice to the local county-level Bureau of quality and technical supervision for the record, and the construction can be started after the notification.

3、鍋爐安裝、維修、改造的驗收。施工完畢后施工單位要向質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局特種設(shè)備檢驗所申報鍋爐的水壓試驗和安裝監(jiān)檢。合格后由質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局、特種設(shè)備檢驗所、縣質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局參與整體驗收。

3. Acceptance of boiler installation, maintenance and transformation. After the completion of construction, the construction unit shall declare the boiler hydrostatic test and installation supervision to the special equipment inspection institute of quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. After passing, the quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, special equipment inspection institute and county quality and Technical Supervision Bureau shall participate in the overall acceptance.

4、鍋爐的運行。鍋爐運行必須由經(jīng)培訓(xùn)合格，取得《特種設(shè)備作業(yè)人員證》的持證人員操作，使用中必須嚴格遵守操作規(guī)程和八項制度、六項記錄。

4. Boiler operation. The boiler must be operated by the qualified personnel who have been trained and obtained the certificate of special equipment operator, and the operation procedures, eight systems and six records must be strictly observed.

5、鍋爐的注冊登記。鍋爐驗收后，使用單位必須按照《特種設(shè)備注冊登記與使用管理規(guī)則》的規(guī)定，填寫《鍋爐（普查）注冊登記表》，到質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局注冊，并申領(lǐng)《特種設(shè)備使用登記證》。

5. Registration of boilers. After the boiler acceptance, the user must fill in the boiler (general survey) registration form in accordance with the regulations of the regulations on the registration and use of special equipment, register with the Bureau of quality and technical supervision, and apply for the registration certificate for the safe use of special equipment.

6、鍋爐的檢驗。鍋爐每年進行一次定期檢驗，未經(jīng)定期檢驗的鍋爐不得使用。鍋爐的附件閥每年定期檢驗一次，壓力表每半年檢定一次，未經(jīng)定期檢驗的附件不得使用。

6. Boiler inspection. The boiler shall be inspected regularly once a year, and the boiler without regular safety inspection shall not be used. The safety valve of the safety accessories of the boiler shall be inspected once a year, and the pressure gauge shall be inspected once half a year. The safety accessories without regular inspection shall not be used.

7、嚴禁將常壓鍋爐安裝為承壓鍋爐使用。嚴禁使用水位計、閥、壓力表三大附件不全的鍋爐。

7. It is strictly forbidden to install atmospheric pressure boiler as pressure boiler. It is strictly forbidden to use boilers with incomplete water level gauge, safety valve and pressure gauge.
