    1)鉛門(mén)為避免焊接變形,鉛板,防輻射鉛板,廠家直銷 焊接時(shí)采用對(duì)稱焊接(包含對(duì)焊、立焊、斜焊);

    (2)鉛門(mén)焊接過(guò)程中逐道焊縫清渣,除飛濺物,發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷及時(shí)用角向砂輪打磨,除去缺陷;

    (1)待焊縫冷卻后,進(jìn)行焊縫外觀檢查;

    (2)焊縫中不得有裂縫,焊縫金屬與母材間完全熔合,所有破口均被填滿;
    (2) There should be no cracks in the weld, the weld metal and the base metal are fully fused, and all the cracks are filled;
    (3)焊縫不應(yīng)溢流。 一、鉛的熔點(diǎn)很低,為327℃,熱導(dǎo)率也僅為鐵的43%,因此焊接時(shí)要選用溫度低、能率小的熱源。常用的熱源是氫氧焰和氧乙炔焰。
