熱油鍋爐安裝完成后，需要一種介質(zhì)來操作整個鍋爐系統(tǒng)，即鍋爐熱油。人們通常把導(dǎo)熱油比作導(dǎo)熱油鍋爐的血液，那么當(dāng)導(dǎo)熱油投入使用時應(yīng)該注意些什么呢?

　　鍋爐廠家答應(yīng)用熱油鍋爐到爐膛和管道停止清理，爐膛內(nèi)雜質(zhì)的鐵銹和水汽，確保設(shè)備的使用干凈;當(dāng)冷油注入熱油鍋爐高位槽時，溫度應(yīng)在80℃以下參與熱油，以防止熱油沸騰;熱油鍋爐開始運行時，啟動循環(huán)油泵，在冷態(tài)運行1-2小時，然后點火加熱。
