導熱油在超出其熱穩(wěn)定性限制的條件下運用會發(fā)作快速熱裂解,其熱物理性質(zhì)參數(shù)關(guān)于爐內(nèi)傳熱效率和介質(zhì)溫度變化具有十分重要的影響。由于導熱油的超溫裂解會招致鍋爐管結(jié)焦,惡化傳熱,引發(fā)爐管爆裂。

形成導熱油在爐膛內(nèi)走漏熄滅,故導熱油鍋爐的設(shè)計應該滿足所選用導熱油的熱穩(wěn)定性條件,運用其熱物性參數(shù)停止鍋爐的傳熱計算、構(gòu)造設(shè)計和平安評價,應防止在鍋爐內(nèi)部任務部位發(fā)作導熱油過熱超溫的問題。

鍋爐受熱面邊境層內(nèi)的導熱油液膜溫度應遭到嚴厲限制。鍋爐設(shè)要依據(jù)所選用導熱油的允許液膜溫度,對爐膛內(nèi)輻射受熱面上的熱流密度停止限制,并對爐管內(nèi)導熱油的流速及溫度加以控制。此外,導熱油鍋爐的輻射受熱面布置應當防止火焰對爐管的直接沖刷,由于鍋爐運轉(zhuǎn)時,假如爐膛內(nèi)發(fā)作部分火焰直接沖刷爐管,將會招致該路管道額熱流密度增大,并招致導熱油液膜溫度升高。

導熱油在鍋爐內(nèi)發(fā)作走漏會招致火災或爆炸。引發(fā)導熱油在鍋爐內(nèi)走漏的主要緣由是導熱油結(jié)焦致使爐管過熱爆裂、爐管焊接缺陷、或鍋爐構(gòu)造及爐管資料存在問題。一旦鍋爐發(fā)作導熱油走漏事故,如何盡快熄滅爐膛內(nèi)熄滅的燃料并切斷導熱油和空氣的供給便成為控制事故擴展和減小其危害水平的關(guān)鍵。
