如今各個醫(yī)院的放射科室、化工廠等輻射大的地方,鉛板是他們的必備品,一般多采取屏蔽防護(hù)和距離防護(hù)兩種原則。屏蔽防護(hù)是指使用原子序數(shù)比較高的物質(zhì),這里我們常用鉛板或含鉛的物質(zhì),來作為屏障以吸收不必要的x線的更好材料。距離防護(hù)是指利用x線曝射量與距離平方成反比這一原理,通過增加x線源與人體間距離以減少曝射量。通常從x線管到達(dá)人體的x線,有原發(fā)射線和繼發(fā)射線兩類,繼發(fā)射線是原發(fā)射線照射穿透其它物質(zhì)過程中發(fā)生的,其能量較原發(fā)射線小,便影響較大。通常采用x線管殼、遮光筒和光圈、濾過板、熒屏后鉛玻璃、鉛屏、鉛膠皮圍裙、鉛手套以及墻壁等,來進(jìn)行屏蔽防護(hù)。增加人體與x線源的距離以進(jìn)行距離防護(hù),是簡易但有效的防護(hù)措施。
Nowadays, in radiation departments, chemical plants and other places with large radiation, lead plate is their necessary product. Usually, X-ray tube shell, light shield and diaphragm, filter plate, lead glass behind screen, lead screen, lead rubber apron, lead gloves and walls are used for shielding protection. It is a simple but effective protective measure to increase the distance between human body and X-ray source for distance protection.

更有效的射線防護(hù)材料主要有兩種:一種是鉛板、一種是硫酸鋇。

1.子穿透力弱,一張紙就可以擋住;鉛板可以完全擋住,防護(hù)α輻射不要誤食,沾污皮膚。
