鍋爐循環(huán)清洗系統(tǒng)應(yīng)符合要求
　　Boiler circulating cleaning system shall meet the requirements
　　(1)清洗槽應(yīng)具有足夠的容積和強(qiáng)度;
　　(1) the cleaning tank shall have sufficient volume and strength;
　　(2)用耐腐蝕泵對泵進(jìn)行清洗，并滿足循環(huán)清洗所需的流量和揚(yáng)程。同時(shí)現(xiàn)場提供備用泵;
　　(2) use corrosion-resistant pump to clean the pump, and meet the flow and head required for circulating cleaning. Meanwhile, standby pump shall be provided on site;
　　(3)過濾器進(jìn)口應(yīng)安裝在清洗泵進(jìn)口或清洗水箱出口。網(wǎng)孔直徑應(yīng)小于5毫米，并有足夠的流道截面;
　　(3) the filter inlet shall be installed at the inlet of the cleaning pump or the outlet of the cleaning water tank. The mesh diameter shall be less than 5mm, and there shall be enough flow passage section;
　　(4)清洗系統(tǒng)各管道應(yīng)具有足夠的流動截面面積，以保證清洗液的流速。同時(shí)，各回路的流量應(yīng)均勻，避免回路之間短路;
　　(4) each pipeline of the cleaning system shall have sufficient flow cross-section area to ensure the flow rate of the cleaning solution. At the same time, the flow of each circuit shall be uniform to avoid short circuit between circuits;
　　(5)在鍋爐頂部和封閉的清洗罐頂部安裝通向場所的排氣管。排氣管應(yīng)有足夠的流通面積;

　　(6)清洗系統(tǒng)閥門應(yīng)靈活、嚴(yán)密，無銅質(zhì)部件。過熱器應(yīng)注入適當(dāng)?shù)谋Ｗo(hù)液。未涉及清洗的系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備等應(yīng)可靠隔離或保護(hù);
　　(6) valves of cleaning system shall be flexible and tight without copper parts. The superheater shall be filled with appropriate protective fluid. Systems and equipment not involved in cleaning shall be reliably isolated or protected;

　　(7)清洗液配制及加熱裝置應(yīng)操作方便、可靠。
　　(7) the preparation of cleaning solution and heating device shall be easy to operate, safe and reliable.
　　很多時(shí)候，當(dāng)我們安裝和使用鍋爐的時(shí)候，我們會發(fā)現(xiàn)鍋爐的水量并沒有達(dá)到我們的預(yù)期。如果我們更換鍋爐，會造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，所以我們需要增加鍋爐的水量。

　　盡量選用熱值較高的煤，盡量選用幾種煤;提高鍋爐入口溫度，保持入口管道良好;你可以適當(dāng)增加鍋爐的風(fēng)量。你可以換一個(gè)大點(diǎn)的風(fēng)扇。這樣可以增加鍋爐受熱面的通風(fēng)，增加鍋爐的吸熱;
　　Try to select coal with higher calorific value and several kinds of coal; increase the boiler inlet temperature and keep the inlet pipeline in good condition; you can increase the air volume of the boiler appropriately. You can change a bigger fan. In this way, the ventilation of the heating surface of the boiler can be increased and the heat absorption of the boiler can be increased.
