1、截留在濾層上表層的污物，如果在一定周期內(nèi)，不能有效地去除，在隨后的反洗過程中，如果反洗空氣的分布不均勻會導(dǎo)致膨脹高度不均勻，隨著反洗空氣的搓動，搓動量小的地方，濾料表面的油污等雜質(zhì)不能有效去除，在投入下一正常濾水周期后，局部負(fù)荷增大，雜質(zhì)會從表面沉入內(nèi)部，球團(tuán)逐漸增大，并同時向過濾器的填充深度內(nèi)延伸，直整個過濾器失效。

1. If the contamination on the surface of the filter layer can not be removed effectively within a certain period, the uneven distribution of the air in the subsequent backwashing process will lead to uneven expansion height. With the rubbing of the air in the backwashing process, where the rubbing momentum is small, the oil contamination and other impurities on the surface of the filter material can not be removed effectively. 備注：實(shí)際運(yùn)行中，反洗空氣不均勻的現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)，主要是由于底部布?xì)夤艿赖拇┛住⒕植繛V帽的堵塞或損壞或是柵管間距的變形等原因引起。

2、濾層的表面濾料顆粒細(xì)小，反沖洗時相互碰撞機(jī)會少，動量小，所以不易清洗干凈。附著的砂粒易結(jié)成小泥球。當(dāng)反沖洗結(jié)束濾層重新級配時，泥球就進(jìn)入下層濾料中，隨著泥球的長大不斷向深處移動。

2. The surface of the filter layer has fine particles, less chance of collision and less momentum when backwashing, so it is not easy to clean. Attached sand particles tend to form small mud balls. When the backwash is finished, the mud ball enters the lower filter material and moves to the depth with the growth of the mud ball.

3、原水中所包含的油，截留在過濾器內(nèi)，經(jīng)反洗并殘余部分，日積月累，是導(dǎo)致過濾器濾料板結(jié)的主要因素。何時進(jìn)行反洗可根據(jù)原水的水質(zhì)特點(diǎn)和出水水質(zhì)要求，采用限定水頭損失、出水水質(zhì)或過濾時間等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來確定。

3. The oil contained in the raw water, which is intercepted in the filter, washed back and the residual part, accumulated over time, is the main factor leading to the filter material hardening. When to carry out backwashing can be determined according to the water quality characteristics of raw water and the water quality requirements of effluent, using the criteria of limited head loss, effluent quality or filtration time.
