一、水位超過汽包水位表時(shí)

I. When the water level exceeds the drum water level meter

燃?xì)忮仩t滿水時(shí)經(jīng)處理汽包水位仍繼續(xù)上升，并超過汽包水位表上部可見水位時(shí)，就緊急停爐，盡快與母管解列，立即停止進(jìn)水，開啟再循環(huán)門，加強(qiáng)燃?xì)忮仩t放水，并注意汽包水位表上部水位的出現(xiàn)，待水位放正常水位后關(guān)閉。待機(jī)爐情況正常后，取得值長(zhǎng)同意，可按熱爐升火操作。

1、開啟汽包緊急放水門待水位放正常水位時(shí)應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉。

2、根據(jù)汽溫情況，關(guān)小或關(guān)閉減溫水門，開啟主汽管疏水門及過熱器疏水門。

三、汽包水位表內(nèi)看不見水位時(shí)

3. When the water level is not visible in the drum water level meter

1、進(jìn)行汽包兩只水位表的對(duì)照與沖洗，檢查指示是否正確。全開汽包水位表放水門，再緩慢關(guān)閉其放水門，如水位表內(nèi)有水位出現(xiàn)，并繼續(xù)上升充滿水位表，證明燃?xì)忮仩t滿水尚未超過水位表汽側(cè)面管，則按緊急停爐處理。

1. Contrast and flush the two water gauges in the drum to check whether the instructions are correct. If the water level appears in the water level gauge and continues to rise, the full water level gauge proves that the full water of the gas boiler has not exceeded the steam side pipe of the water level gauge, the boiler shall be treated as emergency shutdown.

2、開啟水位表放水門，又緩慢關(guān)閉其放水門后，水位表內(nèi)看不見水位。為證實(shí)是嚴(yán)重滿水，再關(guān)閉汽水門，開啟放水門，將水位表內(nèi)存水放盡后，立即關(guān)閉放水門。迅速微開汽門水位表內(nèi)有水位出現(xiàn)，并充滿水，此時(shí)方可確定水位已超過汽包水位表的汽側(cè)通管，應(yīng)按緊急停爐處理，盡快與母管解列。

3、當(dāng)燃?xì)忮仩t發(fā)生水位事故時(shí)，若難以判明水位高低，應(yīng)立即停爐。燃?xì)忮仩t停爐后用叫水法進(jìn)行叫水，檢查汽包水位。
