一、水位超過汽包水位表時

燃氣鍋爐滿水時經(jīng)處理汽包水位仍繼續(xù)上升，并超過汽包水位表上部可見水位時，就緊急停爐，盡快與母管解列，立即停止進水，開啟再循環(huán)門，加強燃氣鍋爐放水，并注意汽包水位表上部水位的出現(xiàn)，待水位放正常水位后關(guān)閉。待機爐情況正常后，取得值長同意，可按熱爐升火操作。

1、開啟汽包緊急放水門待水位放正常水位時應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉。

2、根據(jù)汽溫情況，關(guān)小或關(guān)閉減溫水門，開啟主汽管疏水門及過熱器疏水門。

三、汽包水位表內(nèi)看不見水位時

1、進行汽包兩只水位表的對照與沖洗，檢查指示是否正確。全開汽包水位表放水門，再緩慢關(guān)閉其放水門，如水位表內(nèi)有水位出現(xiàn)，并繼續(xù)上升充滿水位表，證明燃氣鍋爐滿水尚未超過水位表汽側(cè)面管，則按緊急停爐處理。

2、開啟水位表放水門，又緩慢關(guān)閉其放水門后，水位表內(nèi)看不見水位。為證實是嚴重滿水，再關(guān)閉汽水門，開啟放水門，將水位表內(nèi)存水放盡后，立即關(guān)閉放水門。迅速微開汽門水位表內(nèi)有水位出現(xiàn)，并充滿水，此時方可確定水位已超過汽包水位表的汽側(cè)通管，應(yīng)按緊急停爐處理，盡快與母管解列。

3、當(dāng)燃氣鍋爐發(fā)生水位事故時，若難以判明水位高低，應(yīng)立即停爐。燃氣鍋爐停爐后用叫水法進行叫水，檢查汽包水位。
