1、放水

開(kāi)啟多介質(zhì)過(guò)濾器排氣門(mén)、反洗排水門(mén)、正洗排水門(mén)，放水水位高出濾料20--40cm，關(guān)閉正洗排水門(mén)。（大約5分鐘）

Open multi-media filter exhaust valve, backwash drainage door and forward wash drainage door, drain water until the water level is 20-40 cm higher than the filter material, and close the front wash drainage door. (About 5 minutes)

2、空氣擦洗

2. Air scrubbing

開(kāi)啟多介質(zhì)過(guò)濾器進(jìn)風(fēng)門(mén)，啟動(dòng)羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)，對(duì)濾料擦洗5min，停羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)，關(guān)閉進(jìn)風(fēng)門(mén)。

Open the multi-media filter intake door, start the Roots blower, scrub the filter material for 5 minutes, stop the Roots blower, close the intake door.

空擦中反洗排水管不應(yīng)有大量水排出，容易跑濾料。若出現(xiàn)大量排水說(shuō)明過(guò)濾器內(nèi)部水位過(guò)高，立即停止空擦，繼續(xù)放水。

The backwashing drain pipe should not discharge a large amount of water during air scrubbing, so it is easy to run off the filter material. If there is a large amount of drainage indicating that the water level inside the filter is too high, immediately stop empty wiping and continue to drain water.

3、反洗

3. Backwashing

開(kāi)啟多介質(zhì)過(guò)濾器反洗進(jìn)水門(mén)，啟動(dòng)清洗水泵，用進(jìn)水手動(dòng)門(mén)控制流量100--130m3/h，控制濾料膨脹高度不超過(guò)上監(jiān)視窗中部，檢查反洗排水無(wú)濾料，反洗排水清。

Open the multi-media filter backwash inlet door, start the cleaning pump, use the manual inlet door to control the flow rate of 100-130 m3/h, control the expansion height of the filter material not to exceed the middle of the upper monitoring window, check the backwash drainage without filter material, until the backwash drainage is clear.

4、上水

4. Upper Water

關(guān)閉反洗排水門(mén)，待排氣門(mén)滿水，停清洗水泵。關(guān)閉反洗進(jìn)水門(mén)、反洗排水門(mén)、排氣門(mén)，多介質(zhì)過(guò)濾器清洗合格備用。

Close the backwash drain door until the exhaust valve is full of water. Stop cleaning the pump. Close the backwash inlet valve, backwash drain valve and exhaust valve, and clean the qualified backup filter with multi-media.
