1. The ventilation gap of the cyclone disk is blocked by carbon deposit, and the ventilation is poor.

2    油噴嘴不潔，堵塞或磨損。

2. Oil nozzles are dirty, blocked or worn.

3    風(fēng)門設(shè)定角太小。

Throttle setting angle is too small.

4    點火棒尖端距油噴嘴前緣距離不適當(dāng)(太突出或內(nèi)縮)

4. Inappropriate distance between the tip of ignition rod and the leading edge of oil nozzle (too prominent or retracted)

5    油槍電磁閥被雜物堵塞(小火油槍)。

The solenoid valve of the first oil gun is blocked by debris (small oil gun).

6    油質(zhì)太粘流動不易或過濾系統(tǒng)堵塞或油閥未開，使油泵吸油不足，油壓低。

6. The oil quality is too viscous to flow easily or the filter system is blocked or the oil valve is not opened, which makes the oil pump suck up insufficiently and the oil pressure is low.

7    油泵本身濾網(wǎng)阻塞。

7. The filter screen of the oil pump itself is blocked.

8    油含水較多(加熱器內(nèi)沸騰異聲)。

8. Oil contains more water (boiling noise in heater).

處理措施有：清除；先清洗，如不行換新；調(diào)小試驗；調(diào)整距離(以3~4mm為好)；拆下清洗(將零件用柴油清洗)；檢查管路及油過濾器，保溫設(shè)備；拆下油泵外圍螺釘，小心取下外蓋拿出里面的油網(wǎng)，用柴油浸洗；換新油試之。

Processing measures include: cleaning; cleaning first, if not renewal; adjusting test; adjusting distance (3-4mm is better); removing cleaning (using diesel oil to clean parts); inspecting pipelines and oil filters, insulation equipment; removing peripheral screw of oil pump, carefully removing the outer cover, taking out the oil net inside, soaking with diesel oil; testing new oil.
