1. Arrangement of oil fired boiler burner

目前生產(chǎn)的快裝型燃油鍋爐要求體積小，爐膛熱負(fù)荷高，主要采取措施有兩點(diǎn)：一是提高燃燒器霧化質(zhì)量，二是提高燃燒器出口處的風(fēng)速，使氣流內(nèi)部混合更強(qiáng)烈。氣流的截面減小，燃燒就強(qiáng)烈，故燃燒器的布置與爐膛熱負(fù)荷密切相關(guān)。小型燃油鍋爐均為單個(gè)燃燒器，布置于立式鍋爐爐頂或底部，視煙氣行程方向而定，一般臥式快裝火管鍋爐均配置1~2個(gè)燃燒器，水平布置。

Small oil fired boilers are single burners, which are arranged at the top or bottom of vertical boilers, depending on the flue gas travel direction. Generally, horizontal quick fire tube boilers are equipped with 1 ~ 2 burners, which are arranged horizontally.

對(duì)水管鍋爐或燃煤鍋爐改成燃油鍋爐，燃燒器和側(cè)墻的距離應(yīng)不小于1~1.2m，下排燃燒器到爐底的距離不應(yīng)小于1m;如選用兩個(gè)燃燒器，則其之間的距離也應(yīng)保持1m左右，且兩個(gè)燃燒器旋轉(zhuǎn)風(fēng)的轉(zhuǎn)向應(yīng)相反，當(dāng)單只燃燒器的耗油量為500~l000kg/h時(shí)，爐膛深度不小于4m;耗油量為200~500kg/h時(shí)，爐膛深度不小于3m。

鍋爐爐膛大小和形狀與燃料性質(zhì)關(guān)系很大，燃?xì)忮仩t的燃燒過程比燃油簡(jiǎn)單，燃燒所需的時(shí)間較短，因而所需爐膛容積要小，燃燒器的布置應(yīng)與爐膛形狀結(jié)合起來考慮,以火焰充滿度好，火焰沖刷不到水冷壁為原則，燃?xì)忮仩t一般布置一個(gè)燃燒器，這樣系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單，運(yùn)行管理方便，投資省。對(duì)較大容量燃?xì)忮仩t，可以布置兩個(gè)燃燒器。通常采用上下布置方式，即使負(fù)荷減小時(shí)，停用一個(gè)燃燒器，也不致造成火焰偏離爐膛，影響水循環(huán)的可靠性和過熱器溫度偏差。

The layout of burner shall be considered in combination with the furnace shape. For large capacity gas-fired boilers, two burners can be arranged. It is usually arranged up and down. Even if one burner is stopped when the load is reduced, it will not cause the flame to deviate from the furnace center and affect the reliability of water circulation and the temperature deviation of superheater.

鍋殼式鍋爐由于受結(jié)構(gòu)的限制，均采用雙爐膽對(duì)稱水平布置，每個(gè)爐膽各布置一個(gè)燃燒器，燃?xì)忮仩t燃燒器可以布置在鍋爐前墻、底部，若煙氣出口處在爐膛底部，燃燒器可以布置在爐頂。
