一、司爐工作必須操作經(jīng)勞動(dòng)部門(mén)發(fā)給使用登記證的鍋爐。

五、用“手動(dòng)”啟動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)、吹掃爐膛，將控制系統(tǒng)調(diào)至“自動(dòng)”位置，然后按下啟動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)，鍋爐就會(huì)按照規(guī)定的程序：吹掃——點(diǎn)火——燃燒（大火或小火）——暫時(shí)停爐。如點(diǎn)火程序有故障，可繼續(xù)手動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)吹掃，再重新點(diǎn)火。如點(diǎn)火三次不成功，須停止點(diǎn)火和供油。查明原因消除故障后，才能重新點(diǎn)火。
5、 Use "manual" to start the fan, purge the furnace, adjust the control system to "automatic" position, and then press the start switch, the boiler will follow the specified procedures: purging ignition combustion (large or small fire) - temporary shutdown. If there is a fault in the ignition procedure, the manual blower can continue to blow and then re ignite. If the ignition fails for three times, stop ignition and fuel supply. Find out the cause and eliminate the fault before re ignition.
六、當(dāng)鍋內(nèi)壓力升至稍大與氣壓，空氣閥有蒸汽冒出時(shí)便可關(guān)閉空氣閥。

七、鍋爐升壓過(guò)程要按規(guī)定的要求，做好檢查及各項(xiàng)操作確認(rèn)正常后，才能進(jìn)行供氣或并爐。

八、正常運(yùn)行后，應(yīng)經(jīng)常調(diào)整供油、送風(fēng)和給水（全自動(dòng)鍋爐除外），保持水位和氣壓穩(wěn)定，適應(yīng)負(fù)荷需要，保證供汽。

九、運(yùn)行中每小時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行巡視檢查一次，并按規(guī)定做好各項(xiàng)記錄、簽名確認(rèn)。
9、 Patrol inspection shall be conducted every hour during operation, and all records and signatures shall be made according to regulations.
十、每班應(yīng)進(jìn)行沖洗水位表及排污各一次，安全閥排氣試驗(yàn)壓力表沖洗存水彎管和各項(xiàng)安全保護(hù)裝置校驗(yàn)應(yīng)按規(guī)定的要求進(jìn)行，并如實(shí)填寫(xiě)記錄、簽名認(rèn)可。
