3.水位信號:控制器使用水位電極測量水位,使用時應(yīng)注意水位電極兩端的絕緣,不要受潮。當(dāng)水位電極兩端的電阻低于100K時,控制器認(rèn)為水面已高于電極;當(dāng)水位電極兩端電阻升至500K以上時,控制器即認(rèn)為水面已低于電極。

3. Water level signal: the controller uses the water level electrode to measure the water level. When using, pay attention to the insulation at both ends of the water level electrode, and do not get damp. When the resistance at both ends of the water level electrode is lower than 100k, the controller thinks that the water surface is higher than the electrode; when the resistance at both ends of the water level electrode rises above 500K, the controller thinks that the water surface is lower than the electrode.

5. Remote control: the remote control can realize the single machine operation of the equipment, or the host can give the switch start signal to realize the remote start of the equipment, and implement process monitoring and alarm output reminder during the operation process.
6.報(bào)警保護(hù):控制器開啟后即不間斷地對壓力傳感器、水位電極以及自身電路進(jìn)行檢測,發(fā)現(xiàn)故障立即報(bào)警并停爐保護(hù)??刂破髯詣语@示故障點(diǎn),機(jī)內(nèi)蜂鳴器發(fā)出報(bào)警聲。
6. Alarm protection: after the controller is turned on, it will continuously detect the pressure sensor, water level electrode and its own circuit, and immediately alarm and shut down the boiler for protection in case of any fault.
