鉛板在射線防護(hù)中的施工方法有以下這兩大類。
There are two kinds of construction methods of lead plate in radiation protection.
墻面防護(hù)一般有兩種方法:一是鉛板直接防護(hù),二是采用硫酸鋇混凝土抹墻或特殊防護(hù)涂料刷墻。第二種方法施工簡(jiǎn)單,能吸收射線和散射射線,防護(hù)成本低、效果好。但是對(duì)于穿透能力強(qiáng)的輻射源或要求屏蔽效果更高的情況下,普遍使用鉛板直接防護(hù)。
Generally, there are two methods for wall protection: one is direct protection of lead plate, the other is wall plastering with barium sulfate concrete or special protective coating. The second method is simple in construction, can absorb and scatter rays, and has low cost and good effect. But for the radiation source with strong penetrability or requiring higher shielding effect, lead plate is widely used for direct protection.
鉛板墻面防護(hù)是在原有的墻面上用鉛板將墻面包起來,防護(hù)效果,須由施工人員操作,普通采用的方法有兩種:
Lead plate wall protection is to wrap the wall with lead plate on the original wall, with the best protection effect, which must be operated by professional construction personnel. There are two common methods:
1、將鉛板內(nèi)置于墻體內(nèi),這種辦法很少用,主要是由于大都是房子建好后,后面才根據(jù)房間用途進(jìn)行防護(hù)施工,建房時(shí)大都沒能考慮到防護(hù)射線。
1. Lead plate is built into the wall, which is rarely used. It is mainly because the protection construction is carried out after the house is built, and the protection radiation is not considered when the house is built.

2、在原有墻體上根據(jù)鉛板尺寸做龍骨架,將鉛板固定在墻體上,接合處要錯(cuò)交,防止輻射散漏,采用的鉛板不能有砂眼,不均勻等現(xiàn)象。龍骨裝鉛板所留的空隙大約為使用鉛板厚的2.5倍,便于接頭處焊接錯(cuò)交的位置稍厚一些;裝好鉛板后再在表面裝一層裝飾墻(可使用多種材料,以求美觀)即可。
2. The keel frame shall be made on the original wall according to the size of the lead plate, and the lead plate shall be fixed on the wall. The joints shall be staggered to prevent radiation leakage. The lead plate used shall not have sand holes, uneven and other phenomena. The space left by keel installation of lead plate is about 2.5 times of the thickness of lead plate, which is convenient for welding the staggered position at the joint to be a little thicker; finally, after installation of lead plate, install a layer of decorative wall on the surface (multiple materials can be used for beauty).
