　　For leaking PbCl4 and Pb (ClO4) 2, all protective equipment, such as gas masks, should be worn. Mix with dry sand, inject large amount of water in small batch, dilute sewage into sewage treatment system.
　　對(duì)于泄漏的PbO、四甲基(b)鉛和Pb3O4，應(yīng)穿戴防毒面具等防護(hù)用品。混合干沙子，倒入一個(gè)開放的空間埋葬它。被污染的地板用肥皂或清潔劑清洗，稀釋后的污水進(jìn)入污水處理系統(tǒng)。
　　For the leaked PbO, tetramethyl (b) lead and Pb3O4, gas masks and other protective articles shall be worn. Mix the dry sand and pour into an open space to bury it. The contaminated floor shall be cleaned with soap or detergent, and the diluted sewage shall enter the sewage treatment system.
　　對(duì)于漏氣的PbF2，應(yīng)穿戴防毒面具等防護(hù)用品。灑上蘇打粉;被污染的地面用水清洗，稀釋后的污水進(jìn)入污水處理系統(tǒng)。

　　(5) for the leakage of alkyl lead, the emulsion is scrubbed with non flammable dispersant. If the sand can not absorb the dispersant, it should be poured into the open place for burial; the polluted floor should be cleaned with soap or detergent, and the diluted sewage should be added to the wastewater system.
　　處理方法:當(dāng)水受到污染時(shí)，可采用中和處理，即加入石灰乳調(diào)節(jié)pH至7.5，使鉛以氫氧化鉛的形式從水中沉淀到污泥中。機(jī)械攪拌可加快澄清速度，凈化效果80% ~ 96%，處理水中鉛的濃度為0.37 ~ 0.40mg/L。污泥經(jīng)過無害化處理。對(duì)于鉛污染土壤，可以通過添加石灰、磷肥等改良劑來降低土壤中鉛的活性，減少作物對(duì)鉛的吸收。
　　Treatment method: when the water is polluted, neutralization treatment can be adopted, i.e. adding lime milk to adjust the pH to 7.5, so that the lead can be precipitated from the water to the sludge in the form of lead hydroxide. Mechanical agitation can accelerate the clarification speed, the purification effect is 80% - 96%, and the concentration of lead in the treated water is 0.37-0.40mg/l. The sludge is treated innocuously. For the lead polluted soil, we can reduce the activity of lead in the soil and the absorption of lead by crops by adding lime, phosphate fertilizer and other modifiers.
